 Here’s how Phone Consultation works: 
At Pacific Northwest Turtle Works you can purchase 30-minute Phone Consultations for $40. [can be broken in to 10 min. increments]

 First TEN MINUTES are FREE so a 30-minute phone consultation purchase gets you a minimum of 40 minutes of Jerry’s time. 

 

As author & website builder I have created and put in place the security of a Fee based phone consultation for Jerry’s own protection. [see Note:]

   Once you have submitted your payment to PayPal you will receive an automated response from PNW Turtle Works with the telephone number and an invoice number.  Once armed with this information you can use it at will; phone now or save it for a later date. 

 

Please realize that this is a personal phone that you are calling and a real person will be answering that phone, so we ask that you place your calls within reasonable hours for Pacific Standard Time.  

 

When you call, be sure to give Jerry your invoice # at the beginning of the phone call. 

 

 Don’t need a full 30 minutes?    If your questions are answered in less than 30 minutes, you can spend the balance of time remaining at a later date.  Simply ask Jerry for an additional invoice number before hanging up.  You will be issued either an additional 1 or 2 invoice numbers depending on the time remaining.  Remember phone consultations are broke down in 10-minute increments. The 1st 10-minutes are free.  So if you only have quick questions and spread your questions out over 3 phone calls, you end up with ONE HOUR of Jerry’s time for the Forty Dollars you paid on a 30-minute Phone Consultation.  


 
 

If you call and no one answers please leave a message with your name, your call back number, and your invoice number and Jerry will return your call as soon as he is available (usually the same day).  You will not be charged [for time] while leaving a message. 

 

 

 

  Jerry would much rather interact with humans or herptiles than interface with a computer terminal.  A rather old-fashioned kind of guy; Jerry feels the impersonal email just isn’t the best way, to convey, a good Turtle Talk.
